Taekwondo Poomsae are three-dimensional sequences of techniques that are very difficult to consistently catch in sufficient detail using a video camera. For this reason it is not practical to learn high quality Taekwondo Poomsae from videos. You really need to learn the correct performance of Poomsae face to face with a skilled instructor.

The purpose of these videos is not to teach you the techniques. The purpose of these videos is to remind you of the sequence of techniques within each Poomsae.
